Lina Burt, Dental Hygienist

Having had braces as a child and watching my smile transform and my confidence change because of it, I’ve always had an interest in teeth. I decided to become a hygienist after living in Ottawa and really bonding with my hygienist there.

I graduated from Algonquin College in Ottawa in 2007. My favourite part of my job is building relationships with my patients and seeing how their beautiful smiles make them happy. I moved to Toronto from Halifax, NS in July 2017.

I enjoy kickboxing, yoga, exploring different neighbourhoods in Toronto and spending time outside with my dog, Barklee.

Cherie Bissonette, Dental Hygienist

I started working in the dental field in 2007 as a Dental Assistant and later decided to go back to school to pursue a career in Dental Hygiene. I then obtained my Dental Hygiene Diploma in 2010 from Trillium College. In the same year, I joined the Liberty Village Dental team working as a Dental Assistant and later started using my skills in hygiene. As a dental hygienist, I love getting to know my patients and providing them quality dental care.

In my spare time, I enjoys concerts, the outdoors, binging on television series, and being with my family and friends.

Amber Scott, Dental Receptionist

I joined the Liberty Village Team July 2017. I am very passionate about getting to know all our patients and making sure they receive quality care and attention. From the first phone call to walking out the door, I want all patients to feel comfortable and at ease.

Working in many front desk roles, Dental is the most rewarding as there is always so much to learn!

Up until 2016 I was a competitive figure skater earning multiple titles. In my free time I enjoy travelling, cooking and watching football.  Go Ravens!

We look forward to meeting you in person and we’re always prepared to take care of your dental needs and answer all your questions.
